Hello Readers!
I just wanted to provide an update to my readers as I know I’ve been MIA for the last few months. Well, that is because my family and I have been considering a move to the nations capital! My husband and I recently visited Washington, DC to look at some homes and it was a very pleasant experience. We got to check out some nice neighborhoods like Adams Morgan and NoMA while also exploring some really cool restaurants. I must say, DC is really nice in the summer. During our visit, we met the owner of Metro DC Masonry. He showed us some speakeasies (keeping these a secret for now!) and had pointers about which areas are the best for a growing family. If you happen to live in the DC area you should definitely reach out to his team. They are one of the best masonry contractors Washington DC has to offer. We do wish we were able to spend more time in DC and visited some of the surround suburbs like Arlington, Alexandria and Bethesda. We will certainly be back soon to explore the area.
